prep for fi

Im getting ready to go FI real soon I have about 6g to spend on the kit. and another 2k. for other stuff.

I have just done a complete maintance all fluids everything. Just put a new cooling system in within the past year.

I have a current setup of s50 mani, ss catback, pulleys, ecis cold air, sharked, xbrace, front strut brace, rogue short shifter, fikse forged rims. also have angel eyes, front splitter, clears all around, black kidney grill. I think im forgetting stuff but basically i have the basics.

already have a clutch on its way.

I am also leaning twords the AA s/c c38. Do they still make the upgrade kit for this?

I am willing to look into a turbo instead. But I can't always make my mind up.

I have 120k miles on the car with great compression.

Should I look at getting Cams before I go FI or do i seam ready?

anything I should do prior to the kit. when i decide what i want. I plan on ordering the kit as soon as my clutch comes and is installed.

Looking for any tips, insight and suggestions.


Its a Cosmos 96 M3
with a slightly lighter shade metalic black rims
Also the car will still be a dialy driver for another year in North VA
