How to get more power?

I have a 1997 m3 sedan: it has an AA superchager, intake, inter cooler, oil cooler, full custom exhaust, and it was flashed at AA down in florida...

what i could do to make it faster?

How much more power do you need? Try Buying Bav Coils, HFM, m50 Manifold OBD1, And see if you can use a different Chip...

well im trying to get it up to 400 hp! what would be a good chip? and i really want a methanol injection... which is best though my buddy said he could make one for me, but i think i would rather buy one but which one, is my problem. but yeah what chips are good. and what are good inter-coolers?

With the power you are seeking you might want to work on your Brakes and suspension! Oh and don't forget the Braces~

i already have angle eyes and performance brakes and a strut bar and sway bars, but the ex bar... im going to get! well im really into drifting so im thinking about getting d2's for my suspention...
but as far as the engine goes>... i was thinking changing the headers and cams and a new inter-cooler and getting methanol injection, aswell... and yeah maybe a new chip :/ but im not sure what chip to get? do you guys have any ideas on a good chip and you think that all that is a good idea?

You don't necessarily need a new chip, what you need to do is go somewhere where they know how to tune FI'd BMW's and have them tune your car, whether they can do that by flashing the chip, or a piggyback, or even stand alone, I don't know, but thats what you really need to do. Not just buy a new chip, or even have your's sent in and reprogrammed.
Also, the things you mentioned, high-performance cams and headers would help. Depending on how much money you have, you could rebuild the engine with stronger/lighter parts, and/or upgrade the supercharger (I'm a turbo guy, so I don't know exactly what you need to do for a SC, but whatever you do to get more boost).

My friend had a supercharged m3 and it had so much power the engine almost flew into the fan so he had to get special engine mounts. just fyi. I'm no mechanic but have you thought about doing any piston work? or getting it bored out? maybe an upgraded pulley system?

u could have the engine built for more boost and get a smaller pulley for the supercharger then have it tuned at a place that does bmw FI tuning.

When running a FI setup you want to be careful with what cams you get. If you go out and buy a nice set of naturally aspirated cams you're going to kill the efficiency of your supercharger because radical NA cams have lots of valve overlap.

A good way to achieve more power is to switch to a standalone engine management system as it allows you to adjust every engine parameter to perfectly suit your needs. But be warned, for a first time user, standalone systems are a lot of work to install and even more to properly tune, so I suggest getting experienced help if you choose to take that path.

I want to know how that turns out. I have a 325 supercharged by AA and i am looking to get a 97 4door. I am a boost junky now, but since i already spent the money on the supercharger (cant afford the turbo kit) I need more power. So keep me posted^^
