selling a 04 330ci 6 speed for a e36 m3???

i own a 2004 330ci. sport pkg.prem pkg. black on black with only 29k.i have always wanted a 2nd gen m3. shoud i sel my car n get one or keep the one i got??? so confusedd...

I would say it depends on what you want. The car you have now is pretty quick, definitley nice, and still sporty. On the other hand, the e36 m3 is faster and handles better. The 330 probably has more luxury components than the e36 would...although you will most likely have more maintenance/problems with the e36. So if you want a car that is more fun to drive, you have to pay the price

Personally I would take the e36 m3, but I've been dreaming about owning one since I was 18, so I'm a little biased

Seriously though, you could probably get anywhere from $16,000-$20,000 for the 330, buy a '99 m3 for about $14,000 or so, have enough cash left over for sales tax, and for any maintenance that needed to be done. Assuming the 330 is paid for, that is.

I suggest test driving one first to get a feel of the differences.
Autotrader.com is where I found mine. They have a lot of options that makes for quick and easy searches for exacly what you want. I had to travel 300miles twice, but the second car was really worth it.

That's awesome! You'll be able to get a nice e36 m3, and like I said earlier, have cash left over if it needs any maintenance, and if you still have more money left over, aftermarket parts! I'm excited for you
