| yea check the fuse pannel box to see if the fuse is blown but the more probable thing is that the module that recieves the signal from the fob is bad I've seen it on alot of cars ranging from acura to mercedes. For the record seeing since it's BMW to replace it is not going to be cheap. I know the one for my moms buick is about 400 bucks and tehn you have to pay to reprogram the fobs to that module. If it's an aftermarket keyless then I suggest going to the place where they installed it and have them check it out becuase trust me it's apain in the ass to replace one.

| If it's aftermaket then like I said get someone to find it for you or tell you where they would have installed it at and go from there. It going to suck having to find it becuase it's tied into the wiring harness of the car. GL on it though you might find it some what difficult. I got some friends here that I can ask exactly what kinda of sytem you are dealing with and I'll see if I can send you some help on drawings or something.

| Remember in highschool if youve made it there yet one of your teachers told you to think outside the box. This is one of those cases. The equipment isn't mine. PS thanks MPower318i yeah it was simple disconnected wire. |
