| I was wondering if anyone has this set up? I would like to install a LWFW when I replace my clutch. ('97 M3 4dr). The flywheel is made for a stock M3 clutch and pressure plate. But the stock disc has a solid hub. I would like to use a sprung hub disc from an e34 M5. Does any one know if this will work. I thought I read on another post that it will. Both the M3 and M5 discs are 240mm. Thanks for your help. Last edited by s85b50 : 10-05-2007 at 12:32 PM. |

| if your car is under 450 hp the stock setup is fine. the lighter weight flywheels cause gear clatter that is annoying for a daily driver.

| A lot of the guys that use these for racing and track days use these flywheels with no problems with BHP from 280 to 400, the bigger HP cars running a race clutch. |

| i use the AA e36 turbo clutch with pressure plate and the lightened flywheel that AA provides and i have no complaints. acceleration is crisp, and clutch feel is amazing
