rough start-up problem / ECU update?

first off, i did a search to make sure this wasn't a repost. and i didn't find anything...

i was in class today and got done with my work early. the system we were using is called "ALLDATA". it has almost all service info on most cars. so i decided to learn about our cars. i was looking at the TSB's and saw "Motorsport motor, rought start-up". I know its something we have all come to live with, but i wanted to see what BMW did about it.......

under solution it said that the problem was fixed by updating the ECU with "version P16.0 or higher software". i was wondering if anyone has heard of this before, and if anyone has had it done with any success. mine really doesn't bother me that much. i was just wondering if anyone had it done and it actually took care of the problem.

please post up if you have any 1st hand experience with this.

Yes there is an update you can do for the rough start issue but if you have aftermarket software youll just have to live with it. Mine never had the problem and had been updated for the rough start but after I sharked the car it came back....but o well doesnt really bother me that much.
