| In terms of chips for the setup, there are a lot out there, I have been running an AA and have been happy with it. As for disabling the EWS, all you need to do is cut the EWS wire in the wiring harness.

| sure..it would work. Im on the same project....i have a obd1 non-vanos harness, and obd2that came with the s52. im just waiting on parts to arrive (harness, DME, chip, HFM)...to revive my car.

| I run the Turner Motorsports chip and am very happy. Their customer service is excellent. My friend just put an S52 in his 95 M and he just got the harness' to make the conversion i believe. He is ordering his Turner chip within the next week or so |
