Will this fit my car?
Yes, if your car is a 1993-1995 325 series BMW.

How hard is it to install and what tools are needed?
Install takes 15 minutes at the most.
You need a small flat head, a medium sized phillips, and maybe a pair of pliers but I didnt use them.

Is the performance increase noticeable?
Yes, it is. Not hugely, but it is a nice noticeable gain.

coz I bought a 11/94 TMS chip earlier for my 95..and
found out the chip won't work on my car...and have
to send it back to TMS to reburn it...

you might want to start a new thread. your chip is for a 1/95 to 11/95 3/525. the one that is for 1 93-94 is #413-000. check turner's site for yourself. just trying to help
