| suspension help 318ti I have 318ti with eibach springs but original dampers, the ride is currently ok/harsh but i am annoyed with it as the back end of the car feels loose and thumps over the slighest bump in the road, this makes it very uncomfy on all but the smoothest roads. i am putting 17 inch wheels on the car, but i want to sort the suspension first. should i replace my springs or keep the eibach and fit new dampers ? if so what make/model ? or fit front coilovers and keep back eibach springs ? any help much apreciated... are better rear shock mounts from turner motorsport a benefit to my car ? Thanks John |

| I'm running Eibach springs with Koni Sport shocks and '95 318ti Club Sport swaybars on my wife's '97 318ti. It's very stable and rides smooth. For a while we were running just the Eibachs and the rear of the car felt very "twichy". |

| Definitely start with shocks (Konis really work well) and see if that doesn't make a huge difference. For shock mounts you can go with either the ~$20 e46M3 units from the dealer, or slightly fancier ones from Ground Control. Either will work great.
