| I've seen an ad in Performance BMW for those. I forget which company it was. Might be www.autotintdesign.com but I'm not sure. Just pick up a copy of that mag and check the ads.

I bought the gills from this guy in Australia for $50. They are just plain old OEM Z3 gills. As for the install....well..went like this.... 1) remove the fenders 2) figure out where you want them on the fender and trace them out with a oil pencil 3) cut about a quarter of an inch inside your lines with a zippy cutter or a plasma cutter. cut away a little bit at a time till they fit in flush. (be sure your line is straight during the entire process because if you mess it up once you'll have to get new fenders) 4) after you've completed the cuts, you'll have to make brackets that will bolt to the factory locations on the back of the gill panels and weld them to the fender. 5) once they are all secured on the fender use seam sealer and poly urethane to fill the cut from the back side and a metallic bodyfiller on the front. 6) sand them smooth, prime them, and paint them. Thats pretty much it.
