318/m42: who makes a header?!

Does anyone make a header for the m42 engine? I'd really like to get one but I cant find anyone who makes the header, and dont want to go through the hassle of working on my own. If anyone makes a header for this engine, please let me know.

Also, if no one does make a header, can a header for the 2.3 liter m3 4cylinder be custom fitted on the m42 engine? I know it sounds strange, but if the holes even come close to each other theoreticly you could bend and drill it into place. Thanks for any info.

What about for the M20? Right now I've got the MSDS header, but the SuperSprint one looks so much nicer. Its stainless steel vs. ceramic coated.

yeah but doesnt the supersprint header cost a grip like $1200? Most 4cyl cars the header costs no more than 300 bucks.. those dayum supersprint guys have a monopoly i tell you. For $1200, ill buy a set of camshafts, have them installed, and get my stock header polished until it rubs holes through it thx supersprint.
