2 Angel Eyes gone dim?

I bought some angel eyes from the UKa few months ago, not cheap ones but the $100 ones. They worked great, up until now, two have gone dim, they are about 30-50% as bright as the other two.
Dim ones are the red circles:

Any ideas as to what the problem is and how to fix it? I hope I don't have to get new angel eyes, if I do I think I will get the LED ones as they are much more reliable.

no sorry, but the led ones are as you say better!
with the fog lights at the bottom the car looks mean.

For some absurd reason they just started working again by them selves, I will be damned... There was no unusual weather or anything????

lol that is werid mabe it was just bad wireing. do they flicker on and off?

I doubt it was bad wiring, I was going to wire them up myself, but my voltage regulator was playing up and I didn't want them to fry, so I took it into an auto electrical place and they wired them up when they fixed the voltage reg, they seem to be a fairly reputable place so it is pretty unlikely that that is the cause.
I have never noticed them flickering before, I guess its a mystery, I am just glad they are working again because I didn't really want to buy new headlights just yet.
Eventually I think I will get the HID ones with LED angel eyes, they look killer, not sure if they will fit an Au spec car though because we are RHD.

What do people think of these R8 style headlights?
I think they look pretty tacky, but good quality ones might be interesting?

oh thats good so it is a mystery.
athe R8 style headlights are tacky. it will be up to you, ur the one that will be enjoying them.

I personally don't like them, I have just never seen them before and was curious of other peoples opinions
