Anyone have any experience with Dinan?

I want to buy an e36 M3 97 M3 that has a dinan chip, cat-back exhaust, K&N filter (id put a CAI on)
i was wondering how much hp this would have

Maybe 5-10hp if your lucky. Better question is why is the car only $4900? I have seen salvage titled cars sell for more than that.

yea... well i emailed him, and maybe he doesnt know what he has. A lot of people dont, but i was looking at others too, there pretty cheap here. Im worried they dont have a clear title though.

this is automatic but Id convert it to a 5 speed right away of course

There are way to many cheap manual M3's to even bother buying an auto and switching it. For what it would cost you could have even bought a better example. Whatever you do make sure you get a good PPI before you buy.
