Question on fuse/relys

I owned a 97 318i, and my turns signals start flashing,but very dim, without the light switch being on. but my fuses are fine, it comes on by itself and turns off by itself. and when this happens my headlights won't come on either! now is there a rely for these problem? if so which one/ and where? also my headlight will try to kick when I turn on the switch. I kinda figure its a short, someone told it has it's own computer for lights. Any suggestion please help!!

yeah.. get on all-data, mitchell, or shop key.. look for any TSB's (technical service bullitions) and bmw like to have a dedicated computer for everything so its probably a lighting module i belive
