How to mesh the grill?

Hello peeps.

Does anyone know how to mesh the grill? I wanna do this to mine abut have no idea.

Also, I wanna upgrade the 5w headlights, anybody know where I can get brighter bulbs from?

People do have kits to replace the grill or you can do it yourself with stainless steel.

I did it, its easy, just pry apart your stock kidney grill, dremel out the small lip on each side, then dremel out the gills. Trim away intill it firmly grasps the mesh when sandwiched back together. to tight and it may not hold together, to lose and it will not hold the mesh right. cut the mesh to match. Easy enough.

i was thinking lower grill, not kidneys ^_^
