323is changing to a 325 Cat mod / exhaust mod help!!

hey does anyone know about the 323is mod of changing the 323is cat to a 325 cat for better power and more exhaust options, if so what do i have to do? where can i buy the parts i need?? is it just a bolt-on ?? if anyone knows anything about this please help me out i know there's a potential for this exhaust i just want the best results without a lot of mixing and matching... thanks...
