FOG LIGHTS/display

you know when you turn on your fog lights/high beams there is a display on the dash? anyways, my display for fog lights isn't showing up and the foglights aren't working as well. any suggestions as to why? is it because there's a shortage somewhere or is it just the light bulb itself? let me know.

this happens to me some times...i just hold down the button to turn on the fogs longer and it just flickers on after a while lol

First thing I would check is the fuses, then the RELAY. Get someone to help you do this, get them to flick the switch on and off while you keep your ear close to the relay listening for a clicking noise. If you cant hear a noise then you have a bit of investigating to do!
Try swapping out the Fog light relay with one of your headlight relays. Test again and see if the lights work.
If they do, great! Buy a new relay. If not get a test light and start By checking for 12V at the supply pin then for power at the switch signal pin and for a good ground.
Get an auto elec to check it out if your not confident with it.

Check the relay and fuse, then make sure all of the wires are connected, sometimes they're disconnected( because they are old or other reason.) also check the light, bulb and everything make sure they're all right.
