What should my 99 M3 idle at??

My M3 seems to be idling kind of rough. I've replace the spark plugs but it's still a little rough. it's idling at right about 600 rpms. is that too low? if i barely rev it up a little it smooths out. what could it be?

it should be at about 750, give or take a few, they develop charachter with age, however since it idles rough, get the icv cleaned, if that doesnt do it, check the entire intake system for leaks, if then still, then i would get a gt1 diagnostic and hope its not the throttle system itslef.
