how to stop a delaminating interior?

The delamination gnomes have begun to strike on my E36. The drivers side door near the mirror switch has a 2"x2" patch and there's a one inch square bubble forming on the drivers side rear panel. I was thinking, why let the entire interior come apart? What if I could like... shoot up my panel with a syringe full of glue, press down on it, and wipe up any excess? I realize delamination is age related and will strike again, but I would like to treat each patch as it appears if it's possible. Any ideas?

your idea sounds like a good temporary solution. Be careful not to put too much glue in so that it clumps and try and use upholstery glue it should adhere better.

i'm about to try this also, i have a 94 325 that is delaminating in 2 or 3 spots on the door panels. Any specific kind of upholstery glue?

Go to like a craft store because the stuff they sell at autozone sux! A craft store will have heavy duty upholstery glue!

I tried fixing mine with upholstery glue and it didn't work, the lining stuck but it still had a bubbled appearance.
