96 328is starting problems

Hey guys Im new to this site and new the BMW's and loving it, but my question is every single time I come to start my car (328is '96) when it is COLD it doesnt want to fire up the first turn, it will sputter sometime and I may have to give it some throttle and when the RPMS lift it runs JUST PERFECT! and stays at a nice idle... Its really interesting it will only act like this when it is cold and the first turn if i dont do anything like giving it throttle it will just die and then the second turn it will crank right over like nothing... Any of ur guys's 2 cents is great, and I just had all the o2 sensors and cat replaced! WOW expensive for a college student like me ahhhh... I still love my car tho.. Thanks!

try seafoam engine decarb, my buddy had a similar prob w/ his car (not a bimmer but still) and he ran this and it worked awesome, smoked alot! but once it all got cleared out, no more problemo
