Best E36 Exhaust.

This has probably been discussed before... actually ptrobably many times.

But my search didnt come up with anyting definite.

My very strait forward question is.. What is the best sounding, best bang for your buck, most HP gain exhaust out there.

Its for my E36 94' 325is.

So... Best sounding?

Best Price?

Most HP gain?

Cat back exhaust....

I DO NOT want a loud exhaust, i want a nice sound a low RPM's then for it to sound SICK when i really wind it up.

So give me your opinions, and what you think/know they cost.

Thanks SOOOO much in advance.

-Craig

This is kind of a hard topic because most will just tell you the exhaust that they have (including myself), but i had the same criteria as you have, and i couldnt be happier with my AA gen 3 exhaust. It sounds awesome, not overly loud at cruising, but it has an awesome sound when you are pushing your car. If i had it to do over again, i wouldnt change a thing.

I like the way the Rogue Engineering DMS exhaust sounds, it's the one I'm planning on getting.

Ok this is going to just keep going with people giving their opinion of the best exhaust.

There is NO one best exhaust.
They all make the same power.
Buy for sound and weight savings.

Since you searched you have no doubt found sound clips of the different exhausts. If that wasn't enough, try and go to a local meet and ask to hear the different exhausts.

No one on the internet can decide for you.

I have Supersprint. Its got a really low, throaty grumble at low rmps, and just plain mean when it gets up there.

UUC Sytem-U!! I love the sound of mine more than the AA my friends car has, but mine is also fairly loud. Low and deep not high and raspy. Used for $200.
