adjusments on s14

I have not had my s14 tuned in a while. What adjustments on the engine should I have done first. What adjustments should I tell the mechanic to perform to get my m3 running and its best.

BY leaps and bounds the most informative source of information concerning the E30 M3 on the internet, if not anywhere else in the country. An absolute must for any E30 M3 owner.
