the ACV is the retaiil value of the car stock, they are fixing it and selling it. you want it then cool, make an offer. if you dont want it get lost.

I seem to recall another wrecked E30 M3 going for 7 grand, it was alpine white. So, 7 grand is not outrageous. (Well actually it is, considering you will probably spend another 7 grand to make it good again)

no, they are selling it for around 7k fixed, painted, running and good to go. they are a very good e30 shop.

Doesnt sound like a bad deal then, if it doesnt have frame damage or a tweaked roof.
