e30 325i touring engine info?

Alrite im just wondering if anyone could give me some advice about what sort of engines that would fit into a e30 touring , maybe the smaller model engine one so insurance is cheap , but i have seen a s38 engine be put into the e30 the two door ones , what is the best engine you would recemend to put into it ?

Any links to other thread would be great , i just really like the look of the touring model and i couldnt really settle for the 2dr one unless it looked just like the m3 e30 with the bigger archs and just wow !
