Info on ebay car?

Hey guys. I have not come on here in a year or so since I don't have my car anymore... Anyway, I've been looking at E30 M3's that have the S50 3.0 liter conversion and came across this one on ebay:

eBay Motors: BMW : M3 (item 200207484807 end time Mar-22-08 19:34:27 PDT)

It's in Atlanta, so I'll be down there in May when I graduate and go back with my parents for a few weeks. Does anyone know anything about this car, I thought it would be a shot in the dark but maybe the owner is on here? Anything you guys can see from the pictures or anything else would be great too, thanks!

Don't know the owner nor have I seen it before. Conversion or not, any car with that high mileage on the chassis has to be taken into consideration when bidding on the car.

Well, the auction ended at $15,100 so if he lets it go at that, someone got a good deal...

You think so? I think that's a very generous amount for that car.

Hmm... Most stock e30 M3's are going for around 15k if they are in good shape. I assume it cost another 10k to do the conversion and all the other stuff on it, so you are getting a hell of a deal. Why do you think that was a lot? I have been out of the BMW scene for a year or so, maybe I'm missing something.

seriously tho, ive seen e30 m3's go for more than that. but at the same time u also cant charge full price for mods uve done to a car.
