| 300hp is your aim. You wont need to change any of that mentioned. Headgasket and slightly bigger injectors should see it there easily.

| Could you suggest any brands for the head gasket, and what's the CR? Also, how big are bigger injectors? What's the flow rate of these? Also, no head studs required? I really don't think the S14 standard internals are built for this.. Have you seen one with such a setup? Thanks for the help bro ![]() |

| Cometic make a good MLS head gasket. CR will be 10.1:1 so you could bring that down somewhat with a thicker HG. Headstuds and you would be fine. The problem is, once he hits 300HP he will want more and more so he would need to replace internals etc etc. Do it once, and once only. My build is here:- Turbo E30 M3 Build Start at post #61.

| I think you guys are being optimistic... What about engine management! - the biggest element in doing something like this - also the piston tops don't have enough thickness for turbocharging - they will be toast within a few hundred miles. You could only get away with this if you used a 2mm deck plate. Farraday engineering in the uk can supply one, but for me its back yard engineering. Do it once and do it properly. speak to these guys. http://www.pure-pf.com |

| He is only chasing 300hp. Like I said, if he want to get higher he will need to do the internals. For engine mangaement I am running full standalone Autronic.
