Need help car isnt running right

Hey guys my 91 for some reason just started acting up. When I push the throttle it almost stalls out, and it takes like 2 or 3 sec. of the pedal to the floor to get it moving, and between shifts it looses all its rpm's so I have to rev it hard to keep speed. What is going on w/ my car. Thanks for all opinons.
