E30 M3 guys I need some help

I'm going to look at a M3 for sale later this week. I have not seen it yet and know almost nothing about it. I have never owned a M3 either. So I was wonding if there is anything M3 specific I should check out.
I know normal car stuff, but like are they prone to rust in a specific area, etc.
I do know hes asking $9500 and it has 70,xxx miles on it. Is that a good price no matter what as long as its running?

Well i dont own one but what i have gathered over the years is that they tend to rust on the bottom of the windshield. Check the whole area. Also they are very iffy cars. It depends on how they were taken care of. They are not good daily drivers i hear. The motor is very jumpy. And there is a 15,000 dollar rule. 15,000 the price for a perfect one. And if oyu spend less then at the end you will end up spending that amount to get it mint.

Id say for that price, go for it. Super good price! Also, check for rust around the trunk lid, and near the trunk gasket/seal thing. Hope all goes well!
