NEED HELP WITH S14 M3

IM IN YONKERS,NY...

K..HERE IT GOES.....I HAD A 91 318IS...BUT FOUND AN E30 M3 SWAP FOR SALE....SO I WENT FOR IT HEAD FIRST....THE GUY I BOUGHT IT FROM SAID HE WOULD INSTALL IT.....ALL HE DID WAS TAKE OUT THE 318IS MOTOR OUT...AND PUT THE S14 IN...BUT HE NEVER FINISHED IT...THE TRANNY IS IN THE TRUNK.......

I HAVE THE REAR, AND THE DRIVESHAFT....ECU..AND THE TRANNY BRACKET....

ARE THERE ANY BMW TECHNICIAN SHOPS...AROUND WESTCHESTER,NY...BRONX, QUEENS, NYC, CONNECTICUT??...

AND WHAT OTHER PARTS AM I MISSING??....

I HAVE ENG,TRANS,ECU,TRANS BRACKET, DRIVESHAFT, LSD REAR,....

Did you get the instrument cluster? There are some other potential issues related to the swap... maybe head over to S14.net ?

re: shops, I have no personal experience with these guys, but they come recommended on a lot of BMW boards and are relatively close to you in yonkers:

As with any shop, ask around the various boards for folks' experiences, and call and try to talk to the owner and/or tech IN DEPTH before committing to anything.

The rest of the driveline install is tough, but not impossible... do you have the tools to finish the job yourself, or with some help?
