Thanks for being helpful instead of just knocking the idea. You didn't give me any information until I called you on the fact you were just writing your opinion and calling me stupid. The idea may not work but I see a larger front cover in the picture, and I can get a custom gasket made, however the actual front cover piece would be a problem. The idea is different and may or may not work, I am claiming neither, but I do not appreciate being called stupid for having an idea. Thanks for the help in the end, the responses were worthwhile and this is not a sob story, don't attack my ideas for no reason it was uncalled for and I will not take it and I will respond. Jets and squirters, whatever, technicalty doesn't breed individuality, it's such a small difference, I've heard both, and if you want to get on me for using the wrong word and call me an idiot, go ahead. I guess if I say anything that is not the technical word but still used, I must be an idiot. The point of the post was the idea and to get information, it may blow up, it may produce 100hp or iot may work great. Nobody knows but the information is what I wanted and thanks for the actual information and reasons, I will consider them. Maybe putting the vanos on a different way would be better or maybe I should work on my suspension.

don't mean to stretch anything out but even changing the gasket won't work.
the water jackets, lifters, cam gears, oil jackets are all different.
you have to realise that these heads are precision machined, and they can't just be modified like that.
even if you could work some magic and get the head to fit. you would just end up with a high flowing head similar to the s14. what's the point? since the s14 head is high flowwing enough?
