I do think that if Jordan keeps banning people for making fun of his car and not following all of his rules, he's going to find more people going to the other boards. I think on any forum, everyone's opinion should count the same and on most of the boards, you don't even know who the moderator is. I like it that way. Just my opinion.

I don't tend to take shit on internet seriously at all, but you need to be able to see the asshole between the lines. He is a typical looser with a God complex. What the fuck is a big deal if i did post 3 times. There are very many empty and uproductive posts around there [just like here - this one for example ] but at least mine had a clear purpouse . In the worse case he could just move it to the "Gathering" forum and keep his fucking mouth shut. But instead he locked the posts so even if people do want to answer, they can't. I checked and there are a lot of views. Once again - it's not the end of the world at all - but he is just a stupid moron, that's all.

... I do agree on the fact that his space maybe limited and posting mulitple times on the same issue may not be welcomed. But I don't get the whole anger thing - if being an owner of a board is too much for him - quit, If not - then find it in yourself to respect others and help them if you think they made a mistake. I am done on this one.

Apparently you aren't aware of what happened with T.J. and E3s. Jordan sold the domain to T.J. on the agreement that nothing would change. T.J. ignored the agreement and the site went down the tubes because he literally couldn't handle it. T.J. is currently a regular member and avid poster on R3v.

I find it interesting how all you guys sit here and bash him becaues he's opinionated. It's HIS SITE, he's doing you all a favor by keeping that place updated and running. It takes a ton of time to run a forum on your own which he does so everyone can use it free of charge. Why don't you follow his rules and use the resource. You don't like his rules? Then don't use his site.
The fact that this thread was created leads me to believe that your skin is too thin so your feelings got hurt because of your own actions. So you decided to come to DTM and complain like a little kid simply to get agreement from the majority of 16 year olds on the DTM E30 forum that also don't post on R3v because they can't follow rules or take criticism.
I'm not condoning the way Jordan treats people, but he can do whatever he wants. I've told him he's an asshole more times than I'd like to count. Guess what, he knows.

All I am saying is - people will always make mistakes on the web - it's just the way things are. So he can remember the reason why he owns the site and be friendly and understanding of people, or be rude and resentfull. So what, I expressed my opinion to him and now I can't use his site. Why not? Because I spoke my mind just like he did when he addressed me? Maybe my skin was thin that day, but so was his and he proved it by banishing me and many others from his site.
Oh and about him doing a favor for us by having that site. He needs us just like we need him or maybe even more. There is a reason in everything and who knows what his reasons are - maybe knowing that he helps many BMW fans to be able to speak, learn, get together, maybe it gives him a mental sutisfaction and it's all good. But it also puts him under certain obligations to people and he may be forgeting about them.
Without people that site and all of his efforts are useless - don't forget that.
