E30 M3 racecar pics - 2 days of racing!

I have just got back from after 2 days of helping out prepare my friends E30 M3 race car.

This car is THE FIRST E30 M3 in the world to win a Touring car round. Its a 1987 car built by JPS for racing in Australia. They made 3 of them and raced them at Bathurst in that year.

This is the only one remaining as the others have gone back to some museum in Europe.

The car is a beast! Fresh engine Dyno tuned on Friday night putting out 245 rwhp. Its a 2.3 litre too.

U know we never did have the E30 M3 racing in SA, but we did have our own version of the 325is, that was made for our touring car racing, and they looked exactly the same as this they were just "is's" , that is soo cool, big up man!
