1990 e30 m3 Shell f/s

I have a 1990 e30 m3 with major engine problem
Looks to be a headgasket, but in all honesty could be worse
car was driven into lot at a dealership in trade thats really all I know for sure. 160k miles
Body is straight Widebody flares good, one rust hole on pass rear quarter.
Car has clean titleand is ready to go. I am considering doing this job myself, but I am a honda/acura specialist
May part out if worth my time and energy, or sell whole

what were u planing on doing with it Joe? Parting it out?

i was maybe thinking of selling the s14 and putting in a s52 for reliability

. it might cost me a little much though

That is exactly my plans. convert to OBD1 S52.
I dont know if I will be able to swing the cash or not though.
I will be getting another S52 early december (high miles though)
