E30 suspension question

I have an '86 325es and i am thinking about buying a drop kit that will do a 2.5 inch drop. It comes with all 4 springs and the struts and shocks. Now my question is that if i already have 17'' rims and i going to run into major rubbing problems if i get the drop kit. Would wheel spacers be the only thing needed to correct. Any info would help a lot. Thanks a lot in advance guys.
