| thats what i thought STU and thanks for the correct info Rosica...and as I remember now there was reinforcement for the TRAILING ARMS but yeah its not enough ..something need to be welded in there if you are doing any kind of hard driving... i dont think that the Ireland bars are going to be really that much of a noticeable differance than the ST bars to justify the price diff and if you have to import from england tack on more for shipping...ST comes with poly bushings..although the others probably do as well but NOPI.com got me the ST's in no time with little shipping and they really took the body roll out of my car..as far as hollow front swaybars..that seems to be ideal yet a judgement call as to weather it fits your application. Also if you want something that really works try the butt strutt..many are skeptical about this but man it works! strongstrut.com This connects the rear crossmember basically to itself prevents flex and really stiffens up the car. |

| im still deciding if i even need new sways, i almost have no body roll now, how much could it realy help when i say no body roll i mean basicaly it barely moves in a skidpad like situation
