No spark.

Hey all new poster on this forum. I would have searched but for some reason I don't have the search function for this forum.

Anyhow. A buddy has a 1985 E series. It won't start. Turns over but doesn't fire. I believe it's not getting spark. He has already replaced the ECU and coil.

With the ignition on I've got 12v from the + on the dizzy and 12v on the post where the coil wire plugs into it. However when turning over there's no voltage coming from the coil wire. I'm kind of stummped right now. I've never had to work on a car from Europe. lol. Could it be the relay inside the fuse box? Any ideas on where I should start poking around?

He bought it used and it seems like the PO was trying to rice is out.. Thanks all.
