e30 325es transmission flange. Where can I buy?

Hello. I had a jacked up guido rubber thing on the front of my driveshaft and it jacked up my transmission flange (that metal triangle thing) It seems that it is impossible to find one for sale. any ideas?

so i found one off a 325es and it had that acoustic dampener already installed. $20! needed some modification to fit with my short shifter but no big. thanks
