Need help with e30 suspension swap.

I am looking for a article, info, or HELP!!!. I am trying to swap one e30 suspension for another. The strut, control arm, sub frame, stabilizer bar. I am trying to swap it all with the same year 1987 325i (The 325i got owned by a tree.

) to a 325es. If i can get a step by step I will cut back flips.
