E-21 with a 318IS swap ... !!!

Hello Every one,

I own a BMw E-21 Model 1982 with a stock engine M10 Carb 1800 CC, and because i like the car and i hate the engine .... i told myself maybe its much better to swap a new engine to my car....and because i don`t want to change everything in my car and destroy every lovely thing in it i told myself i will not go for an M20 engine ... i will go to M42 engine (318 IS).

I have the following questions:
1- Will it be easy to swap the engine. Will it fit the engine bay.
2- if yes, what are the things that should be replaced.
3- Do i have to change the suspension system.

Please give me your feedback for this & your experiences in this swap.
