stroker questions

hey everyone.

i am looking at building a 2.7lt/2.8lt stroker for my 323i.


i have read many threads on many forums and i think i know what parts i need - well most of them

so far i have figured out that i will need a 325i head, 325i motronic injection unit, 542td crank, 130mm rods and custom pistons.

the questions i have are:

can i use a 323i head (731)?

do i have to use a 325e block or can i use the 325i block?

and do i need to get the block bored and honed?

if i put in a 272 degree camshaft will i need new valves and springs?

and do i need a new camshaft?

i think that is all of the questions i have.
