323i head on a 325e block: Any Tips

I have an 87' 325e and jst happen to get hold of 323i head casting # 731. Has anyone done this modification? I would jst like any experts out there to tell me what other mods i'll need to do, in order to complete this transformation. Thanks

dont do it, swap for an m50 or s50 thats what im gonna do. because most people get like 200-220 max and the m50 starts you off in the 180-190s range and the s50 im pretty sure is over 220.

If the head is from E21 323i, there's no problem. 731 is with bigger ports , but valves and chamber are same. It's possible to do it, but I think that you will lose little power.
