E30 Won't Crank

I have a 1990 325i with the m20 motor. Recently it started getting harder and harder to crank, and now it will not crank what-so-ever.
I have replace the main relay.
I am NOT getting spark from the spark plugs, but I am getting spark from the Ignition Coil.
I am getting fuel to the engine because the spark plugs smell like gas and gas squirts from the engine when I removed fuel line.
The distributor cap and rotor are in good working condition.
Other than that I can't think of anything else that would cause the car to just stop cranking.
OH and the starter is turning the engine but the engine isn't coming on.
The only other things I can think of is the ECU.

The car wont crank, or wont start? If its not cranking then the internals arent moving. The ecu wont have anything to do with this, or spark or fuel. Replace or test the starter, thats what turns the engine over. Once that fails, the car wont crank.

The engine turns over but it just won't stay crunk on its own.

If the spark plugs smell like gas it's probably flooded.
