Bentley Manual for e30 323i

Hey,

I am just about to begin replacing the head gasket in my car and have purchased the Bentley manual to help me through the process.

Have one question though....

All of the specs (torque settings, clearances) in the book are for the 2.5L motor. Can I use the same specs for the 2.3L motor in the 323i.

From my understanding they are both m20 motors.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
