E30 bodykits, bodyparts and accessories..

Hey guys, I'm dying 2 know the following about E30 bodykits, bodyparts, accessories and other...

1. Where do you get them? im from Australia..do i need 2 purchase from overseas?

2. The range...how many different types of bodykits, spoilers, mag wheels do they make to suit/fit the E30's?

3. What prices am i looking at? (australian $'s)

4. How do ppl change the tail-lights? ive seen some all red, others smoked/darkened, others clear lenses...? i hav pics if ppl need 2 c wat i mean..

5. Does any1 know any good places 2 get bodykits, spoliers, mags etc.?

6. Does any1 hav any of these things they want 2 sell that i may want 2 buy..?

1) Some are available from car yards ect... i've been looking for some m tech 1 for about a year and a half now, and am still looking so this option is hit or miss. www.carshine.com.au has a vast number of kits for the E30 but they are quite expensive.

2) There are the OEM kits and aftermarket kits, carshine has a few.

3) I went to a bodykit guy today and he quoted me $1100 for a full kit, side skirts, front/rear spoiler and rear apron. That price is not painted, and the kit to me looked very nice. Probably could get it for $900 or so if you really tried.

4) The tail lights can be spray painted yourself, using model see through paint think it is candy apple red. They can also be bought from various places including ebay and http://www.bavauto.com possibly here.

Hey Andy, if u end up coming across some more options feel free to let me know, and yeh, im a bit turned off by "expensive" lol but $1100 sounds like a damn decent price 4 a full kit i'd pay it..its either that or $420 for lowering springs....i've looked 4 spoliers at parramatta prestige auto wreckers n all they hav r tiny lip spoilers..im trying 2 get a hold of an m-tech..they r sweet as..

hey i came across a thread with talk about modifying headlights/tailights for E30's..a few guys posted the sites where they found out about it n pics..u may wanna look 4 the thread if ure interested..

my car currently...16" borbet mags, Onyx 35% tint, twin pipe sports exhaust, full body paint job, (Gun-metal Grey)....
