Reminds me a lot of my first 318



That one was 1500, but I had to use the parking brake to stop and it overheated and the seats were torn to pieces and the frame was bent. So your getting a good deal.

I have come to the conclusion that 318's have no balls. My eta had more getty up and go then this thing. so now that 318's are out of the question I'm on the hunt for a 325i/is or maybe another e

I like the tourquey eta engine a lot more, even if it isn't faster, it could throw you back a little. The 318 just seemed guttless....even all the way up to redline I didn't feel much of a pull from the engine.

You're going from the "Baby M3" to an Eta? And it only costs 2000? Am I missing something here?

maybe this car just ran like shit, but I doubt it. My eta truely felt like it had more of a kick to it then this 318, eventhough I know the 318 will beat any eta. but anyway, another eta is my last resort, right now I'm lookin at a 325is and a 325i. Also, not to bash this guy (I don't think he goes on this forum anyway) but his 318 wasn't worth $2000, to me. the dash was cracked in three places, had four little holes in the trunk from a ricer spoiler, had a gas leak near the filler, needed a new glove box, the sunroof was jammed up bad, carpets were really dirty had lots of pit marks in the paint, and the roof was faded, and he used autozone spark plugs and wires, which didn't come off as a good sign to me.

These are cars with good potential and are very light. E30s already handle decently as a species, you get the added bosun of having a lighter front end and not because you have the dog of an M10 up front. You at least have some balls with the M42 in there. Its such a shame what people will do to their cars in the name of looking "cool". I could never drill into my car. I did it once to install factory E36 smoked side repeaters but thats it.
