Aren't they crazy expensive? Like $400?

I can see spending that much on headlights - you know the entire housing with projector, etc. - but the price on those plastic taillights is insane.

There has been a group buy on the e30 M3 SIG for a while now. I believe you have the same lights asan m3, but you'd better look into it further before ordering. Here is the latest email (this morning?):

<<<<<<<
We need 3 more people (sets) for our group buy on the E30 M3 smoked rear tail lights. I will only need a $50 deposit now (to get the order placed)- remainder due in approx. 4-6 weeks when order has been placed....

The lights are made in Germany by MHW & DO fit our E30 M3's. These retail at $499/set (ridiculous, I know). We can get them for $300/set + $10 shipping ($310 total), but we need 10 sets to make this happen ASAP-

3 more sets needed! Anyone? Anyone?

They include new bulb housing board assemblies & gaskets as well... Click on my link to see them on my car to get an idea-

Please e-mail me privately w/ any questions-

Don M....

Hope that helps,

Chris

Im so glad I got mine, LOL!!!

www.autovogue.com has those exact ones for sale for our earlier E30z. I got em for under $300 shipped, they took care of me. But the first pair was insane expensive, something above 350 I believe. If you talk to them tell em I sent you (Mariano) and also tell em to go easy on the shipping cuz thats really the only thing thats killing us over here. I hope I helped, guys.

Cone- Im pretty sure Hella didnt make the rear lights for BMW. MHW is the OEM manufacturer, I could be wrong.
