Any one know approximately how much it would cost to change my 1991 BMW 318iS form a four lug to a five lug so i can got some newer wheels?

Look at spending at least $1500 on the parts alone. Plus a good days labor.

Those costs, plus the cost of wheels, and you will exceed the value of your 318iS

hey how much stronger would a 5 lug set up be if any? when i swaped my diff out we where thinking that we should do some other drive train part but never did it because i was told my weak spot is my pinion gear in the diff. ( 13.5 @ 105..... 3 second 60 foot, whats going to happen when i get traction)

i believe it can be done cheaper with wheel adapters. HR sells them to convert over to merc., porsche, and 5 lug bmw lug pattern. they wouldnt be good for high power apps. but for the street theres no better way to go.
