Aftermarket Coils - M20

Did a bit of a search through here and i think it was alittle too vague to be usefull. What i want to know is, are there any aftermarket coils for the use in the M20? Anything you can reccomend. Bosch Units are alittle scarce down here, if i have to order one i might as well look at alternatives.

im guessing your from down under? you want a all go or all show? maybe something in between?

I think he meant ignition coils Shahe. But, I have no idea where to get aftermarket ones, MSD maybe?

Yeah i was thinking along the lines of an MSD package but i wanted to know if anyone actually had any experience with anything other than the bosch units.

Edit: yeah, located in australia at present. Ordering from anywhere isnt a problem though.

MSD Blaster 2 Coil
will work fine
I have a Blaster 2 Coil and an MSD 6AL sitting on my shelf right now
originally bought for a VW Rabbit... not sure if I want to put it on my E30

but it has the same connections as the stock M20 coil

Just switch the coil and drive around, tell use what the diffrence was... If any.

You'll be helping like alot of people make up there mind if there shoping for coils.

The terminals and connections have nothing todo with if the coil will work or harm the system. They might be the same but the secondary or primary windings might be different. In which case, the car will either have bad spark and might not run, or too much and fry components.
