Finally got the E30 I was searching for...

I just bought this car recently, I had been searching for a car in this color combination and condition for nearly a year. I have done no work to the car myself but have many plans for it in the near future...

The wheels are actually 16"

I am planning on doing mainly minor engine work and suspension work...

I am planning on ordering my suspension for it this week so if you all could give me some of your opinions on what you think would be the best for me, that would help... I will be driving this car everyday and stick mostly to highways and occasionally the backroad spirited drive...I might do a couple driving schools with the car once I get some more money and mod my car to perfection. I can stand a firm ride in a car, but i don't necessarily want my passengers to complain...

I am going to fabricate my own direct cold air intake with a sealed off airbox.

I am going to buy a Conforti chip for the car very soon.

I have about $1200 to spend on the car and about $150 is already put away for my intake supplies.

I would like to do mostly performance mods but will do little aesthetic mods along the way...tint, pedals, shifter, tinted or painted tail lights, clears...minor stuff like that...

but this $1200 is mostly dedicated to performance mods until i get some more money around, then i can start worrying about aesthetic mods.

with $1200 i'd get some good springs and shocks, a chip, exhaust, and maybe a momo steering wheels to quicken up the steering.

bah, hes already got a m3 steering wheel...just keep it, buy a nice pair of floormats or something...
