New Camera, New Pics (56K Warning)

Sony DSC-F707, still learning how to use this thing, and how to best compress the ridiculously large photos. So far, it blows away my old FD-91: no comparison. I know some of these pics are repetitive, but they are just me trying different settings on the camera. Also, I am going to move this into the Members Rides section, I just dropped it here temporarily.

Thanks! It's a 5 Megapixel camera. It's no D1X, but the capabilities of that camera are lost on me. As is 99% of this camera's prowess, but at a fraction of the cost.

sharp as yours and the lighting sucks... or maybe who's the photographer?

It can't be the photgrapher, I just pointed and shot with the camera on automatic. Then I started playing around with it, and got some of the sharper pics, but man some of them came out so badly they made me laugh.

Jeff: Insane. Can't wait until I have a clue on how to use it.

Chris: I took them at 2560 x 1920 (Native resolution), then, laughing at the size, resized them in Photoshop. I then saved it as 640x480, and chose the highest quality available. They are still large pics, at well over 300K each, they just aren't enormously sized.
